Delete your account

Cyber Games (cybergames.neeraj.ca), published by Neeraj Sharma. This page explains how to delete your account and game data, on the website or in the Android and iOS apps.

Delete your account and all data

  1. Sign in at cybergames.neeraj.ca/settings, or open Settings in the app.
  2. Open the Danger section.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately — there is no grace period and no way back.

Delete your game data but keep your account

In the same Danger section, reset account data everywhere erases every result, star and streak from our servers while leaving your sign-in intact. Reset data on this device clears only what is stored locally.

Deleted immediately

  • Your account record: name, email address and profile image from Google or Apple
  • The link between your account and that sign-in provider
  • Every puzzle result: scores, times, stars, mistakes, hints
  • Your per-track progress, levels unlocked and streaks
  • All active sessions, which signs you out everywhere

Kept, and for how long

  • Nothing that identifies you. We keep no backup copy of a deleted account and no shadow record of it.
  • Server logs may hold an IP address and request path for up to 30 days as a routine operational record, after which our host rotates them out.
  • Puzzle content itself — the games and levels — is not personal data and is unaffected.

Cannot sign in?

If you have lost access to the Google or Apple account you signed in with, email [email protected] from the address you registered with and ask for deletion. We will confirm and delete within 30 days.

Playing as a guest? Nothing is on our servers at all — your progress lives only in the app or browser, and reset data on this device removes it. See the privacy policy for what we collect and why.
